Job Summary for AI Delivery Lead (List Format):
- Serve as the technical project manager overseeing multiple Generative AI implementation adoption and transformation projects.
- Manage complex projects with budgets over $1M utilizing tools such as MS Project Jira Confluence and applying Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple concurrent AI/ML and data analytics projects.
- Translate AI strategy into actionable project plans and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Define and manage project scope schedules resources risks/issues communications milestones and budgets for AI-related initiatives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project management artifacts including charters schedules risk plans training plans and closeout reports.
- Ensure integration of AI models tools and platforms into existing business systems and workflows.
- Oversee alignment of AI solutions with organizational AI policy security compliance and ethical guidelines.
- Lead change management efforts including stakeholder education and training for AI adoption.
- Collaborate with leadership developers architects analysts and business teams on technical design documentation and solution delivery.
- Review business requirements data models datasets and feature engineering for project alignment and feasibility.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure performance and alignment with business goals.
- Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly status reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure quality assurance for all project deliverables including AI models documentation and deployment artifacts.
- Support continuous improvement of AI project delivery processes templates and methodologies.
- Identify and implement lessons learned for future AI projects.
- Facilitate and document knowledge transfer to internal staff as required.
- Work on-site at the Sacramento CA headquarters adhering to client policies schedules and business hours.
