A premier Legal Services firm specializing in Insurance Defense and Civil Litigation is seeking a high-caliber Associate Attorney with 3 years of litigation experience to join their growing team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to represent clients in a wide range of complex legal matters including personal injury premises liability and automobile liability claims.
Key Responsibilities

Case Management: Manage all phases of the pre-litigation and litigation process efficiently.

Client Advisory: Maintain consistent contact update clients on case progress and provide strategic legal advice.

Legal Drafting: Draft and review pleadings motions discovery and other legal documents.

Litigation Support: Attend and handle hearings depositions and mediations as well as negotiate settlements effectively.

Strategic Analysis: Provide comprehensive legal analysis and actionable strategic recommendations to clients and insurers.

Collaboration: Work closely with partners to ensure optimal case management and excellent client service.

Administrative Diligence: Track billable time expenses and perform other administrative functions related to the practice of law.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Licensure: Active Georgia State Bar membership (or the ability to obtain it promptly).

Experience: 3 to 4 years of solid litigation experience with a strong preference for an insurance defense background.

Skills: Exceptional legal research writing and oral advocacy skills.

Execution: Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and consistently meet deadlines.
