Job Summary
About the Role:
As an associate you will handle coverage and insurance defense matters litigation and arbitration. Conduct legal research draft legal memoranda and other litigation-related documents and provide high-quality legal advice. Be able to prepare and manage cases offer legal strategies and participate in court proceedings arbitrations and mediations to assist with and be part of a top-tier legal team. Efficiently manage multiple cases with a keen eye for detail and superior organizational skills.

- Conduct legal research draft legal memoranda and other litigation-related documents and provide high-quality legal advice.
- Prepare and manage cases offer legal strategies and participate in court proceedings arbitrations and mediations to assist with and be part of a top-tier legal team.
- Efficiently manage multiple cases with a keen eye for detail and superior organizational skills.
Qualifications:
5 years of litigation arbitration and/or insurance/reinsurance experience. Experience handling discovery depositions trial preparation and court proceedings. A Juris Doctorate (JD) from a top-tier accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Must have exceptional legal research writing communication analytical time management organizational and verbal skills. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Required Skills:
- Admissions to NY or NJ State Bar
- A Juris Doctorate (JD) from a top-tier accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 5 years of litigation arbitration and/or insurance/reinsurance experience.
- Experience handling discovery depositions trial preparation and court proceedings.
- Exceptional legal research writing communication analytical time management organizational and verbal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
