Role:: CNC Machinist
Location :: Leominster MA 01453 (Onsite)
Compensation: $61000 - $80000 per annum Benefits
We are seeking a CNC Machinist for a manufacturing company in Leominster. This role will operate and program CNC and shop equipment to manufacture and refurbish precision parts while ensuring quality safety and on-time production. This is a Direct Hire position.
MUST HAVES:
- Ability to read blue prints
- 3-5 years experience manufacturing parts using CNC machines
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to support on-time delivery
- Program and operate CNC equipment to manufacture custom parts
- Interpret blueprints specifications and tolerances to ensure accurate production
- Follow established procedures and communicate effectively with management to meet quality standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure proper machine guarding at all times
- Track and report work order progress including quantities produced
- Operate a variety of equipment across multiple stages of the production process
- Cross-train in machining and assembly functions within the department
- Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality
- Perform additional duties as assigned
