The Die Cut Operator is responsible for the precise setup operation and maintenance of die cut equipment ensuring products meet customer specifications. This role requires hands-on technical expertise in die cutting processes a commitment to safety and quality and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain machinery in a fast-paced production environment. Operators are expected to uphold strict production standards and contribute to team efficiency and productivity.

- Set up maintain and operate die cut equipment to meet customer requirements
- Read and interpret job tickets for setup and production instructions
- Monitor machine operations; identify and resolve malfunctions
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance troubleshooting issues as needed
- Conduct make-readies and use pre-make ready tables efficiently
- Accurately maintain production records and documentation
- Inspect finished products for quality defects and ensure compliance with standards
- Train team members in machine setup and operation
- Ensure work area remains organized and compliant with safety policies
- Follow all standard operating procedures and company guidelines
- Support co-workers to maximize overall production efficiency
- Participate in overtime and flexible scheduling as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
