Job Summary

We are looking for a strong JavaScript Developer with a deep understanding of website architecture digital tagging technologies and basic identity resolution concepts. This role will support digital customer data initiatives involving web tracking customer identity mapping and data-driven decision-making across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate should understand how websites function from both technical and analytical perspectives including CDN behavior DOM structures tagging implementation and frontend event tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design develop and maintain JavaScript-based solutions across enterprise web platforms.
  • Work with website architecture including:
    • CDN (Content Delivery Network).
    • DOM structures.
    • Frontend rendering behavior.
    • Customer-side and server-side tagging frameworks.
  • Implement optimize and troubleshoot digital tagging solutions using different technologies.
  • Support identity resolution use cases by understanding customer identity mapping and data enrichment workflows.
  • Collaborate with analytics and data teams to improve customer data accuracy and digital tracking capabilities.
  • Analyze website behavior tagging performance and data flows to improve reporting and business insights.
  • Troubleshoot web tracking data collection and integration issues across platforms.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across product marketing analytics and engineering teams.
Required Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript development.
  • Strong understanding of how websites work including:
    • CDN behavior.
    • DOM structures.
    • Web tagging technologies.
    • Frontend event tracking.
  • Experience with digital tagging implementation and debugging.
  • Good data analysis skills with the ability to interpret web behavior and tracking insights.
  • Basic understanding of Identity Resolution concepts.
  • Familiarity with customer identity platforms such as:
    • LiveRamp.
    • TransUnion.
    • Epsilon Identity Spines.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with Adobe Tags / Adobe Launch.
  • Exposure to Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
  • Understanding of enterprise customer identity ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting marketing technology or digital analytics platforms.

  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.

  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
