Job Summary

Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on contractor to support the implementation and
operationalization of the Finance Competency Framework within Learning Platform.
This role will be critical in enabling the initial pilot (4 5 weeks) and supporting the broader
rollout by managing data structures platform setup and reporting workflows.
The ideal candidate will combine strong data handling skills (Excel) SharePoint
expertise and an understanding of training/learning data with the ability to work in a
fast-paced execution-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Platform Setup & Data Structuring
Translate competency framework (roles skills personas) into structured Excel
templates
Prepare and manage data for Learning Platform upload (modules classes
items personas)
Support pilot instance setup (4 5 weeks timeline) in collaboration with Learning
Platform team
Ensure data accuracy consistency and version control
2. SharePoint & Data Management
Design and manage SharePoint-based control tower for:
o Role skill training mapping
o Centralized documentation and trackers
Maintain structured repositories and ensure data governance standards
3. Training Tracking & Coordination
Track training assignments and completion data for Finance associates
Maintain master trackers (large datasets 700 users multi-skill mapping)
Support mapping of course completion to competency requirements
4. Reporting & Insights
Support data extraction and preparation for reporting
Build and maintain basic dashboards and trackers
Collaborate on Power BI dashboards (if applicable)
5. Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with L&D Finance SMEs and Learning Platform team
Support ongoing updates issue resolution and data validation
Ensure timely delivery aligned to pilot and rollout timelines
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have:
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
(data structuring formulas lookups large dataset handling)
Strong expertise in SharePoint
(site structure lists document management access control)
Experience working with structured data models / data mapping
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage large complex datasets
Good to Have:
Experience with Power BI (dashboarding data visualization)
Familiarity with PowerApps
Exposure to learning platforms / LMS / training data
Understanding of Finance domain or Finance training structures
Profile Requirements
3 6 years of relevant experience in data reporting or L&D operations
Experience working in fast-paced execution-driven environments
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Model
Full-time onsite role (5 days/week in office)
Contract duration: 6 8 months
Immediate joiners preferred (aligned to pilot timeline)
Success Criteria
Learning Platform pilot successfully set up within 4 5 weeks
Clean structured and scalable data architecture established
Reliable tracking and reporting framework in place
High data accuracy and stakeholder satisfaction
