Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Web UX/UI Designer to lead the design of intuitive scalable and visually compelling web experiences across websites platforms and digital products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UX strategy user research information architecture interaction design and visual design along with the ability to lead projects independently and mentor junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for websites portals landing pages and web applications.
• Translate business goals and user needs into effective digital experiences.
• Conduct user research stakeholder interviews usability testing and competitor analysis.
• Create user journeys information architecture wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop scalable design systems component libraries and brand-consistent digital experiences.
• Ensure responsive design compatibility across desktop tablet and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product teams developers marketing teams and leadership stakeholders.
• Drive usability improvements and optimize user conversion journeys.
• Review design implementation and ensure high-quality execution by development teams.
• Stay updated on design trends UX methodologies accessibility standards and emerging technologies.
• Design banners web graphics icons and supporting digital assets when required.
• Maintain and evolve design systems UI libraries and website style guides.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Photoshop Figma Adobe XD Adobe Illustrator or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of UX strategy information architecture user behavior and interaction design.
• Strong knowledge of new AI tools and techniques to implement in UX and Design process
• Expertise in responsive web design and conversion-focused design principles.
• Strong visual design typography layout branding and storytelling skills.
• Experience designing websites across corporate e-commerce product or campaign platforms.
• Working knowledge of HTML CSS front-end frameworks and development constraints.
• Experience working with analytics and optimization tools like Google Analytics Hotjar etc.
• Strong leadership communication stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design HCI Product Design or related field.
• Experience working on enterprise platforms SaaS products fintech e-commerce or large-scale digital platforms.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
