You will join our GSS Finance team in Gdynia - a collaborative and supportive international team that works closely with colleagues and customers across multiple countries. We value teamwork knowledge sharing and continuous improvement creating an environment where employees can develop their skills and gain valuable experience in global finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable in line with the DNV collection model using the OnGuard collection tool.
- Collection Coordination: Execute collection activities including dunning procedures and systematic follow-ups.
- Client Communication: Conduct collection calls and follow up with customers via email as required.
- Payment Negotiation: Contact customers to secure payments and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
- Issue Escalation: Identify potential issues and escalate them appropriately.
- Stakeholder Support: Support Project Managers and Key Account Managers by providing insights into customer history and collection activities.
- Global Collaboration: Cooperate closely with DNV colleagues across international locations.
This is a temporary position offered for 6 months with a possibility to extend it.
