You will manage and support European events from conceptualizing scroll-stopping trade show booths to orchestrating industry-leading digital webinars that drive real-world results in the Transportation and Forestry segments.

In this role you will transcend traditional logistics to become a strategic force transforming events from cost centers into high-impact investments. You will have the creative freedom to design multisensory brand experiences and the technical ownership to implement AI-driven event tools directly influencing how Trimble connects with the European market and driving the success of our flagship events.

Logistics:

Location: Krakow Poland

Travel Requirement: Approximately 20-30% (Willingness to travel across Europe for event success)

Key Exciting Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end trade show execution moving beyond traditional white-wall setups to create high-impact booths featuring multisensory experiences and engaging activation activities.

Drive the digital transformation of events by managing the webinar ecosystem and implementing AI-powered event assistants to enhance attendee engagement.

Coordinate logistics for major European flagship events managing relationships with key stakeholders AV partners and F&B providers while collaborating closely with sales and creative teams to deliver engaging high-ROI experiences.

Support by executing planned activities and providing on-site support to ensure a seamless attendee experience.

Own and enhance event technology tools across multiple events including the implementation and management of the Trimble Insight app.

Transform event data into strategy by conducting comprehensive post-show ROI analysis and leading the transition of event interactions into high-value leads.

Own the on-the-floor brand experience from live social media broadcasting to managing reference customer speaking sessions across Europe.

Essential Skills & Experience

You have 13 years of experience in event management or marketing ideally within a fast-paced B2B or corporate environment.

You are a master of project management with a proven ability to juggle multiple high-stakes deliverables with meticulous detail.

You possess exceptional English communication skills and feel confident briefing providers or presenting to senior stakeholders.

You are technologically savvy and comfortable navigating CRM tools virtual hosting platforms social media and lead-scanning technology.

Experience managing event budgets as a strategic investment portfolio.

A background in sourcing unique high-traction swag creative merchandising trends and event venues.

Familiarity with AI-driven event components and advanced digital matchmaking tools.
