Job Summary

Introduction

Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experiencedSenior Engineering Managerlead and manage the engineering function and team within theirautomotive manufacturing facility focusing onprocess optimization project execution product quality and continuous improvement.The role ensures that engineering projects are delivered safely on time within budget and aligned with business goals and customer requirements.

Must have aBDegree in Mechanical Engineering at least 5 years in an engineering management role in theautomotive manufacturing sector.Lean ManufacturingandSix Sigma Certificationas well as knowledge of CAD Software and solid understanding of Quality Management Systems(e.g.IATF 16949) andadvanced Project Management skillsare essential.
