Casa Brera a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International is currently recruiting a Coffe Specialist.

Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager the role will cover any tasks related the Bar.

• This is full-time position 5 days a week with 2 days off.
• The starting date is estimated in May

We are looking for a passionate dynamic and service-oriented Barista / Coffee Specialist able to deliver an authentic professional and memorable guest experience in line with luxury hospitality and Marriott standards.

What youll do

• Prepare coffee hot and cold beverages according to company standards
• Ensure quality consistency and speed of service
• Properly operate espresso machines coffee grinders and bar equipment
• Keep the workstation clean organized and compliant with HACCP standards
• Deliver warm professional and personalized service to guests
• Collaborate with floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Monitor stock levels products and daily operational needs
• Support the team during breakfast lunch aperitivo or special events when required

What youll need:

• Previous experience as a Barista
• Excellent knowledge of Italian coffee culture
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong communication skills and guest-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude attention to detail and team spirit
• Good command of the English language
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays
