Job Summary

Account Coordinator
The Account Coordinator is at the core of our affiliate delivery engine working alongside the team to keep programs running smoothly partners engaged and performance on track. Youll take ownership of the day-to-day execution behind high-impact affiliate programs supporting everything from partner recruitment to campaign activation.

This is a fast-paced detail-driven role for someone who thrives on organization collaboration and making things happen!

What Youll Do
  • Execute daily operational tasks to support client program performance and delivery goals
  • Assist in managing affiliate relationships across the full lifecycle including:
    • Partner recruitment and onboarding
    • Ongoing engagement and communications
    • Compliance and quality reviews
  • Coordinate program elements such as promotional placements newsletters creative assets and offer setup (e.g. links banners promo codes)
  • Support transaction monitoring reconciliation processes commission updates and batch uploads
  • Compile data run reports and provide insights to inform performance optimization
  • Track partner performance and identify trends growth opportunities and improvement areas
  • Provide administrative and executional support for affiliate campaigns and initiatives
  • Participate in client meetings to support operational continuity and deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with the delivery team to build knowledge of strategy tools and partner optimization practices
  • Follow established processes quality standards and best practices set by leadership and operations
