We are recognized by the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) with a national Clinical Trials Participation Award FCS offers patients access to more clinical trials than any private oncology practice in Florida. Our patients have access to ground-breaking therapies in a community setting and may participate in national clinical research studies of drugs and treatment the past five years the majority of new cancer drugs approved for use in the U.S. were studied in clinical trials with FCS participation prior to approval.

Our Tampa region is seeking a board-certified radiation oncologist to join a high-volume well-established practice within Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS). Our Radiation Oncology program is supported by a robust fully integrated network offering access to advanced technology with a collaborative multidisciplinary approach. POSITION OVERVIEW
Stateoftheart radiation therapy technology including the Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator to support advanced highprecision care.
ARIA and Eclipse software
Support staff including Medical Physicists and Dosimetrists
Radiation therapist- 2-3 per linac registered nurses and clerical support
Centrally managed leadership supporting general radiation oncology care in a community based setting

REQUIREMENTS
Full unrestricted Florida MD/DO License
BC/BE in Radiation Oncology
Extensive knowledge of radiation therapy procedures and techniques
