This role is ideal for a highly organized proactive positive and service-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys helping people succeed and takes pride in creating structure consistency and excellence.
The ideal candidate is someone who loves people enjoys organization anticipates needs before they arise and finds satisfaction in helping a high-performing team operate at its best.
This position works closely with the CEO Director of Sales & Agent Growth Director of Transactions Transaction Coordinators Marketing and Agents to ensure operational excellence across the organization.
