Your Role

As a Contract Manager Interface youll be a key point ofcontact for the IDT Project Commercial & Cost team providing strategiccontract management commercial guidance and interface coordination acrossmajor project delivery packages.

Youll:

• Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle including contract administration compliance negotiation reporting and risk management.
• Provide strategic contractual advice to project delivery teams to support positive commercial outcomes and maximise contract value.
• Lead the management of variations extensions of time claims and dispute resolution activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders contractors and legal teams to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and project objectives.
• Monitor contract performance identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful project delivery.
• Support the integration and management of contractual interfaces across multiple project packages.
• Develop and maintain contract management plans templates procedures and reporting frameworks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of best practice contract management processes.
• Support and mentor other contract administration team members to deliver high quality commercial outcomes.
• Champion a collaborative safety-first and results-driven culture across the project.

Youll Need

• Demonstrated experience in contract management and commercial governance within major infrastructure construction or engineering projects.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering Law Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of contract management principles commercial administration and risk management practices within complex project environments.
• Proven experience managing contract variations claims negotiations and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interpret and articulate contractual positions clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build collaborative working relationships across all levels.
• Experience working within regulated environments and across complex delivery interfaces is highly regarded.
• Experience in Incentive Target Cost (ITC) contract management is desirable.
• Experience in project cost control and performance reporting is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using document management systems such as InEight TeamBinder or similar Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (EDRMS).
• A high level of computer literacy.
