Branch Manager

A well-established industrial equipment supply company is looking for an experienced Branch Manager with strong operational sales and financial leadership capabilities to oversee branch performance drive revenue growth and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations including sales rentals stock control logistics and customer service
• Drive achievement of sales targets budgets and key performance indicators
• Develop and implement sales strategies forecasts and business plans
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships including key and blue-chip clients
• Oversee pricing quotations tenders and solution-based selling activities
• Manage branch financial performance including budgets reporting and profitability
• Control stock management processes including stock levels variances and stock takes
• Oversee HR functions including recruitment training performance management and discipline
• Ensure compliance with health safety and company policies and procedures
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency across all branch functions

Requirements:

• Minimum Matric (Tertiary qualification in Business Management or Finance advantageous)
• 810 years experience in sales operations or branch management
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Solid financial and commercial acumen (budgeting forecasting reporting)
• Experience in stock logistics and operational management
• Strong communication negotiation and customer relationship skills
