About the RoleThe HRIS Analyst is responsible for the daytoday administration support and continuous improvement of the organizations HR systems with Dayforce as the primary platform. This role balances handson system administration employee and HR user support reporting and analytics and process ideal candidate brings strong Dayforce experience a serviceoriented mindset and the ability to work comfortably at the intersection of HR operations systems and the TeamThe HRIS Analyst works closely with HR Operations Payroll Benefits Finance and business partners primarily based in the Boston office while supporting employees across the U.S. UK Singapore and the Netherlands. This role serves as a key resource for both Dayforce system administration and enduser support ensuring accurate data effective reporting and a highquality employee HR technology environment is centered on Dayforce with supporting tools including Microsoft applications and Power BI and partnerships with external vendors as ResponsibilitiesHRIS Administration & Dayforce OwnershipServe as a key Dayforce administration resource providing support to Core HR Payroll Benefits Time & Attendance and Talent modules as and maintain system workflows business processes eligibility rules security roles and user Dayforce releases and enhancements by testing functionality documenting changes and partnering with HR stakeholders on system issues and work with Dayforce support and vendors to ensure timely & ClientCentric SupportAct as a primary point of contact for employee and HR user questions related to Dayforce and HR a positive team-oriented approach when working both within HR and timely accurate and professional support with a strong focus on excellent customer and deliver training sessions job aids and documentation to support effective system key HR events such as onboarding open enrollment and lifeevent changes from a systems and userexperience Management & Data QualityMaintain accurate and complete employee data within Dayforce ensuring data integrity and regular audits to identify and correct data and maintain documentation for data definitions controls and HRIS data imports exports and ongoing file & AnalyticsGenerate standard and adhoc HR reports to support operational compliance and leadership and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Dayforce reporting tools and Power key HR metrics including headcount turnover workforce demographics and compliance with HR and Finance stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver clear usable & Process SupportCollaborate with HR teams on HRISrelated projects including system enhancements upgrades and process requirements perform testing and support implementation of new features or opportunities to improve system efficiency data quality and the overall user & Technical Support (Secondary Focus)Support existing HR system integrations and vendor file feeds including benefits carrier in integration testing and troubleshooting in partnership with internal IT teams and external with XML APIs or filebased integrations is a plus but not required to be a primary & Education RequirementsHRIS & Dayforce ExperienceHandson experience administering an HRIS with Dayforce experience strongly supporting multiple HR modules and working directly in the system to configure test and of HR data flows across payroll benefits and talent & ToolsProficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products with HR reporting and dashboards; Power BI experience to communicate data and insights clearly to both technical and nontechnical KnowledgeWellrounded understanding of core HR functions including payroll benefits compensation recruiting and performance experience in HR operations payroll or an HR generalistadjacent role QualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent experience required.5-7 years of experience in HRIS HR operations payroll or a related or HR certifications (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) a CompetenciesStrong clientservice mindset with a focus on responsiveness and quality attention to detail and commitment to data to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced discretion and ability to handle highly confidential written verbal organizational and timemanagement to work effectively with employees HR partners leadership and external RequirementsThe position follows a hybrid schedule with two days work from home and three days work from Sayles is committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The salary range for this position is $80000 - $110000 USD. Your starting salary will be based on your experience skills qualifications and local benchmarking. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award which is based on individual and company addition to your compensation you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health well-being and financial security.
