Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of pediatric patients
- Diagnose and treat various childhood illnesses and conditions
- Provide vaccinations and preventative care
- Collaborate with families to discuss health concerns and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Work closely with nursing staff and other medical professionals
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
- Ensure compliance with medical regulations and standards
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Pediatrics
- Associate-level experience in a pediatric practice
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Current medical license and board certification in Pediatrics
- Commitment to providing compassionate care to children and families
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
Schedule: Specific dates intermittent days
Call Requirement: 24-hour shifts
Setting: Nursery & clinic
Duties: Support nursery calls and provide limited office coverage
Board certification required
Paid travel and expenses
