Process Engineer Series

At our location in One Mobility in Comonfort Guanajuato (México). - Fit Voltaira

Requirements

• Education: Industrial Engineering Automotive Engineering or similar

• Core Tools (APQP AMEF PPAP)

• Advanced English

• 2 years of experience.

Your tasks:

• Define and standardize process parameters to ensure objectives are met and customer requirements are met.

• Develop production methods design and propose more efficient manufacturing methods and processes including optimizing workflows cycle times and resource utilization.

• Review generate and update standard operating documents (FMEA process sheets work instructions) and all engineering documentation related to the online process.

• Generate capacity and standardized work sheets.

• Perform line balancing according to customer requirements.

• Project management: coordinating process improvement projects from planning to implementation ensuring deadlines and budget are met.

• Support for problem analysis and the implementation of corrective actions for the process.
