The Packing Process Engineer consistently strives to deliver results by addressing immediate issues identifying short-term opportunities and understanding customer needs support colleagues and apply strong functional knowledge independently while adhering to current processes and standards with managerial guidance.

Curiosity and continuous improvement are crucial as Engineers are encouraged to identify and support enhancements in their area learning to drive improvements for future growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Facilitate standardization and continuous improvement of equipment.
• Provide technical guidance for equipment design and construction with suppliers.
• Support in the design development and testing of new equipment according to standards.
• Contribute mechanical engineering inputs to technical project management.
• Ensure new equipment meets criteria for safety quality stability output and cost.
• Participate in global flow implementation for potential new factories.

Do you have what it takes

• Bachelors degree in electrical Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent) with relevant experience in maintenance or manufacturing ideally in multinational environments.
• Technical knowledge of machine safety mechanics pneumatics electricity and electronics.
• Strong analytical problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills; experience with Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt is a plus).
• Knowledge in industrial drawings and advanced tools such as Excel SAP and CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
• Experience in project costing and budgeting; flexibility for off-shift work and occasional global travel.
• Advanced communication skills both in English and Spanish verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas.
