What you will do

Strykers Joint Replacement Sales Recruitment team is growing!As the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will source interview andultimately hire Clinical Specialists to join our high-performing team is competitive confident and passionate about our is a full-cycle recruitment role part of our Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (COE).If you are looking for a career destination come join our team!

• Execute strategic recruitment plans to support the full recruitment life cycle for a dedicated functional area. Building engaging and meaningful relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

• Act as the subject matter expert and consultant to the business onthe recruitment process labor market and hiring trends best practices and legal developments

• Partner with Strykers Talent Attraction team and provide meaningful contributionsto support employer branding efforts (e.g. contributes to Facebook LinkedIn either directly or by providing materials)

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies

• Create a seamless and satisfying candidate experience for all internal and external applicants.

• Manage a high volume of requisitions at any given time

• Builds and maintains relationships with HRBPs hiring managers and other cross-functional partners

• Optimizethe Applicant Tracking System to manage the entire candidate process and ensure optimal employment practices data integrity and compliance with government regulations

What you need

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent6 years of work experience

• 2 years of work experience

Preferred qualifications

• Previousbusiness-facing HR HR COE HR Operations orrole-related experience

• Full cycle sales recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment

• Clinical medical device or similar industry experience

• Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic rapidly evolving business with competing priorities
