• Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently to maximize shop productivity.
• Provide detailed explanations of repairs and maintenance services including pricing and time estimates.
• Manage customer concerns and inquiries with empathy and professionalism ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records and process payments according to company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of customer service and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and at Spanish!
• Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or related customer service role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
