Job Summary
CloudSmiths is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our cloud-driven ecosystem.
This role is integral to the design development and maintenance of scalable and reliable data solutions
You will lead technical teams and implement data-driven projects within an Agile environment ensuring high-performance deliverables for our clients.
The Tech Stack:We dont settle for legacy. We leverage modern industry-leading tooling to stay ahead of the curve:
- Deep mastery of Azure Databricks and PySpark.
- Apache Airflow for orchestration.
- Architecting Data Lakehouses and warehouses using Delta Parquet and Avro.
- Advanced Python and SQL (PostgreSQL/SQL Server).
- Seamless API/Microservices integration and Git-driven version control.
Experience Required:
- Were looking for proven impact: 5 years of progressive data engineering and cloud computing experience.
- A track record of leading technical teams and mentoring talent.
- You already know the nuances of Kimball vs. Inmon and when to normalize or go NoSQL.
- Experience managing multi-shore projects and navigating complex SaaS/PaaS ecosystems.
