Job Summary

My client based in the southern suburbs of Cape Town is urgently looking for a Data Engineer with extensive Databricks experience to join their dynamic organisation. (MINIMUM 3 Years in the role Non-Negotiable)

Role: Manager: Data Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Engineer
Strong experience with Azure Databricks
Solid Python and SQL development skills
Experience building and maintaining ETL/data pipelines
Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms
Strong understanding of data integration transformation and optimization
Ability to troubleshoot and improve pipeline performance

Must have an IT qualification and Microsoft Fabric is advantageous
