To meet the growing demand for our product were currently seeking a Processing this position you will execute and maintain a stable production system by coordinating labour materials and workflow. This role drives performance in safety quality delivery and people development through planning communication validation and problem-solving. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Set the daily production plan communicate and review progress risks and issues that could impact the plan with team leads and employees.

Adjust plans as needed to maintain safety quality and on time delivery and escalate issues to Supervisor as needed.

Conduct regular observations to check system health identify risks and engage with employees.

Review own and apply root cause analysis to issues escalated by team leads related to department quality issues and supplier issues.

Work with leads to ensure the production system is working and identify or implement opportunities for systematic improvements

Conduct weekly safety inspections and ensure completion of daily safety checklists

Support the availability of parts and resources for employees

Support the training and adherence to standards of employees

Support quality systems and audits

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership responsibility.

Experience setting production plans and managing the plan versus actual performance.

Previous fabrication experience would be considered an asset.
