Provide technical support to ourtrade customers through using their expertautomotiveparts/mechanical knowledge
Build effective customer relationships
Are superstar sellers and problem solvers and use up-to-date product information and knowledge
Are committed to providing a genuine service where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role
Are safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates.
Note this role will require lifting bending & climbing.
Demonstrate priorautomotiveparts or mechanical experience
Be a passionate customer service expert with somesalesexperience
Be comfortable sharing knowledge andhave the ability tocommunicate in a technical and non-technical manner
Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills
Be a proactive and driven team player who can also work independently
Be available to work and have flexible to work other days if requested
