The Position:
Our client is seeking a full-time General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join their outpatient dental team. This provider will deliver comprehensive dental care including patient evaluations diagnosis treatment planning and ongoing oral health management. The dentist will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a diverse patient population including both adult and pediatric patients.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $180000 $210000 Base Salary (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Four Day Work Week (MondayThur 7:30 AM 5:30 PM)
• Provide comprehensive dental care including exams diagnosis and treatment planning
• Perform procedures including restorative dentistry crowns bridges uncomplicated endodontics minor oral surgery
• See approximately 16-20 patients per day
• Initiate and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab studies
• Prescribe medications and administer local anesthesia
• Coordinate referrals for specialty care as needed
• Supervise dental assistants and dental hygienists
• Provide mentorship and participate in staff training
• Participate in community outreach and dental programs
• Maintain accurate timely and confidential patient documentation
• Software is CareStack

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active North Carolina dental license in good standing
• Competency in general dentistry including restorative prosthodontics endodontics and minor oral surgery
• Commitment to working with diverse populations
• Strong communication teamwork and organizational skills
