Office Operations Coordinator Brooklyn NY $25-$30/ Hour

About the Role This is a fast-paced coordination role at the center of a healthcare or human services operation where clients meet providers and everything in between needs to run smoothly. Youll own the full lifecycle from intake and onboarding through ongoing coordination documentation and compliance. Key Responsibilities

Client & Provider Coordination

  • Manage intake and onboarding for both clients and providers
  • Match clients to appropriate providers based on needs
  • Conduct ongoing follow-up to ensure smooth service delivery

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
  • Ensure compliance standards are consistently met
  • Handle HR-related follow-up as needed

Operations & Workflow Management

  • Manage day-to-day workflows using necessary systems
  • Operate independently with full ownership of responsibilities
  • Keep processes organized and moving without hand-holding

Qualifications

  • Sharp tech-savvy and highly organized
  • Able to work independently and take full ownership
  • Experience in healthcare or human services is a plus
  • Full-time availability MondayFriday
