As an Associate Project Manager youll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects across our HUB Energy business. This role sits at the heart of delivery working closely with Project Managers cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed effectively and meet customer expectations.

What Youll Do

• Support Project Delivery: Assist in planning coordinating and delivering projects for internal and external customers.

• Track Scope & Progress: Help manage project scope schedules milestones and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

• Maintain Documentation: Keep project documentation up to date including status reports RAID logs and action registers.

• Manage Risks & Issues: Support identification tracking and escalation of project risks issues and dependencies.

• Coordinate Stakeholders: Communicate progress updates and challenges effectively to project stakeholders.

• Enable Delivery Success: Assist in removing delivery blockers and supporting resource coordination.

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving project delivery practices and team efficiency.

What You Bring

• 2 years of experience in project management software delivery or client-facing roles.

• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Understanding of project delivery frameworks governance and lifecycle.

• Ability to manage risks issues and dependencies proactively.

• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira Confluence or MS Project.

• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to energy utilities or regulated industries

• Experience working with distributed/global teams

• Knowledge of SaaS cloud or enterprise implementations

• Certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum
