We are a boutique village style not-for-profit facility located in Roselands seeking an experienced and enthusiastic part-time 3 days per week Education & Quality Officer.

About the role

Skills & Experience

• Prepare and deliver various education/training/in-services/orientation sessions to staff stakeholders and residents.
• Annual competency training.
• Develop education calendar based on trend analysis consumer feedback and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor new requirements within the industry and update education content as required.
• Promote learning opportunities for staff to develop new skills knowledge transfer development plans and cross-skilling.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying education gaps analysing trends and supporting the development and implementation of improvement initiatives.
• To undertake regular training workshops and seminars.
• Continual self-education to ensure our systems and training are innovative and engaging.
• Undertaking regular assurance reviews/audits.
• Must have clinical experience hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (at a minimum) and relevant experience in a similar role.
