About the Role:

This is a full-time in-office call centre role where youll manage general insurance claims (primarily motor) assess liability and recover funds from at-fault parties. Youll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls negotiate outcomes and help resolve disputes all in a fast-paced detail-driven environment.

What Youll Do:

• Negotiate payments to achieve positive financial outcomes for all parties
• Problem solve and objection handling to achieve account resolution.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines
• Support customers including those experiencing financial hardship
• Resolving customer queries in a timely manner and actioning accordingly.

What Youll Need:

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Confident with Microsoft Office & quick to learn systems
• Empathy resilience & emotional intelligence
• Great time management and attention to detail
• Customer service experience is great but not essential!
