Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Summer Intern to support the ATS IndySoft team with data entry data corrections and system-related tasks. This role provides hands-on experience within a critical enterprise system and is ideal for someone interested in IT systems operations or data management.
The intern will be expected to quickly ramp up on the IndySoft application learn core workflows and assist with administrative and operational support activities that ensure system data accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry updates and corrections within the IndySoft system
- Review and validate data for accuracy completeness and consistency
- Assist with data cleanup initiatives across customers assets and calibration records
- Learn and support core IndySoft workflows (calibration customer service vendor services reporting etc.)
- Execute basic system administrative tasks under guidance from the ATS IndySoft team
- Assist in identifying data discrepancies and recommending corrections
- Follow established processes and documentation standards
- Collaborate with the IT Director Senior Project Manager developers and support staff on assigned tasks
Learning & Development Opportunities

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors program (Information Systems Business IT or related field preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow instructions
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with databases or data entry tasks
- Familiarity with IndySoft ERP LIMS or workflow-based systems
- Basic understanding of QA data validation or reporting concepts
