Golf Maintenance Supervisor

• Assist with scheduling assignment of duties and evaluations of golf course maintenance personnel.
• Assist with planning and scheduling of daily and weekly work and project assignments.
• Inspect golf course and assigned areas to identify areas that may need attention and ensure all areas are free of debris and trash.
• Direct and participate in the maintenance of the golf course and assigned areas.
• Assist with training programs for equipment operators that emphasize safety accuracy quality of workmanship and maintenance of equipment.
• Assist irrigation adjustments daily.
• Complete the Daily Irrigation Sheet; record irrigation repair information in the Irrigation Notebook.
• Maintain chemical records and adhere to safety regulations pertaining to the storage and application of chemicals.
• Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction Togetherness Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
• Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience Required: Knowledge of agronomy and turf grass management practices.
• Education Required: High school education or equivalent.
• Skills Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Excellent oral and written communications skills. Knowledge of current federal state and local laws and regulations affecting the management of golf course operations.
• Licenses Certifications Bonding and/or Testing Required:
• Other Specialized Requirements: Preferably able to operate a tractor and other various machines such as dozers and bobcats.
