Job Schedule: Full-Time

Wage Range: $33.32-$47.63/hourly

As the Food & Nutritional Services Director of Trios Health youll work alongside our Lifepoint Health Support Center (HSC) team in embracing our vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier .

Job Summary: Directs the departments activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

• Develops and implements departmental goals plans and standards consistent with the clinical
  administrative legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
• Directs and evaluates departmental operations including patient care delivery information technologies service level determination and complaint management to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
• Plans and monitors staffing activities including hiring orienting evaluating disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
• Prepares monitors and evaluates departmental budgets and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.
• Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
• Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
• Ensures department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Position serves both internal co-workers and external customers clients patients contractors and vendors.
• Access to and/or works with sensitive and/or confidential information.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g. HIPAA).
• Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.
• Manage the work of others including planning assigning scheduling and reviewing work ensures quality stand-ards. Responsible for hiring terminating training and developing reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned
