Description of Work

The IT Vendor Reporting Analyst plays a central role in supporting the IT Divisions vendor performance framework focusing on monitoring measuring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Service Level Agreements (SLAs) deliverables and operational outcomes across ITD vendor engagements. The Analyst develops and maintains performance dashboards reporting tools workflow processes and documentation that ensure consistent oversight and transparency of vendor performance. This position also designs reporting and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency across Vendor Management Finance Operations PMO and the Fiscal Innovation Team (FIT). The Analyst ensures measurement rigor data accuracy and actionable insights that enable leadership to assess vendor contract performance risk trends and optimization opportunities.

Recruitment Range: $67122.00 $95000.00

Strong skills in data analysis financial reporting and process automation using tools such as Excel SharePoint and Power BI.
Effective communicator with experience in developing editing and presenting reports summaries and technical information.
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality documentation and reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Experience supporting or managing vendor performance frameworks SLA/KPI monitoring or contract governance.

About the NCDHHS Information Technology Division

The IT division (ITD) is one of the divisions that report to the Operational Excellence portfolio.
