• Ability to assess technical health risk complexity and modernization suitability of applications

Architecture Governance & Standards

• 6 years participating in or leading Architecture Review Boards (ARBs)
• Experience enforcing architectural guardrails and standards
• Must have developed or maintained Architectural Decision Records (ADRs)
• Experience reviewing vendor and contractor deliverables for architectural alignment

Integration Architecture

• Strong background in integration technologies and API platforms
• Experience with solution onboarding and integration considerations during modernization
• Must understand application dependencies and integration complexity

DevSecOps & SDLC Alignment

• 46 years aligning architecture with DevSecOps practices and SDLC frameworks
• Must be able to define architecture checkpoints and criteria within delivery pipelines
• Ensures modernization readiness criteria are embedded in development lifecycles.
