ICT Program Manager

Montefiores ICT department is expanding and is currently recruiting to the position of ICT Program Manager.

Reporting to the CIO you will lead the delivery of ICT programs that enhance business capability infrastructure resilience cyber security and service continuity while ensuring all initiatives directly support the delivery of safe compliant and highquality aged care services. The role will lead a team that will support the embedding of sustainable service management outcomes aligned to ITIL best practice and drives measurable improvements in processes and technology through the application of Lean and Six Sigma principles.

Specifically you will lead and shape the delivery of complex ICT programs across infrastructure and cyber security underpinned by strong PRINCE2aligned governance and controls. It manages risk budgets dependencies and benefits realisation contributes to ICT investment prioritisation and delivers enterprise initiatives across cloud networks identity and resilience. The position requires handson analysis and solution design including uplift of business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities and strong engagement with executives clinical leaders and vendors to translate technical risk into clear actionable outcomes.

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in computing/computer science
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex ICT programs with a strong infrastructure and cyber security focus
• Handson experience in business and technical analysis including requirements definition and process improvement
• Previous experience managing and leading a technical team
• Strong knowledge of:
• • ICT infrastructure (cloud hybrid networks EUC)
  • Cyber security risk management and operational resilience
  • ICT service management principles
• PRINCE2 Practitioner/ Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) or equivalent
• ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) or strong ITILbased service management experience

Desirable criteria:

• ADKAR methodology
• Experience working in NotforProfit Aged Care Health or Human Services environments

Along with the essential criteria above you will demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills and will enjoy engaging with stakeholders and vendors at all levels of the organisation. You will be a strategic problemsolver with a positive and collaborative approach committed to always ensuring seamless alignment between ICT services and care delivery.
