You Will:

• Develop and maintain internal software products and capabilities to drive awareness and resolution of vulnerabilities at scale within Roblox.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify prioritize and mitigate security vulnerabilities through tools and services.
• Design and build automated systems to highlight security issues to owners and make vulnerability remediation a first-class user experience.
• Develop tools and features that help make vulnerability remediation understandable and easy across Robloxs entire tech stack and organization.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in developing secure software and products incorporating vulnerability management methodologies.

You Have:

• Proven experience in software engineering ideally with a focus on security.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Go Java or C#.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A track record of delivering features and learning new technologies.
• Experience solving operational problems with software-based solutions.

You Are:

• A software engineer with 4 years of experience in working in security or related fields.
• Passionate about security and dedicated to crafting secure online experiences.
• An outstanding communicator who effectively conveys complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
