Job Overview: The person in this position is responsible for leading and facilitating
curriculum and assessment work for sixth through eighth grades. This includes assisting with
progression guides standards implementation assessment development and data analysis.
Essential Duties / Performance Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and updates of progression guides and other district curriculum documents for core subject areas in 6th - 8th grades.
- Participate in curriculum adoption according to the state adoption cycle as appropriate.
- Facilitate and support teachers in the implementation of Mastery Connect.
- Assist teachers with data analysis and discussion using all available data sources.
- Train EPS faculty and staff in best practices of curriculum instruction and assessment.
- Assist in State testing duties as needed by the District Testing Coordinator.
- Work collaboratively with the Secondary Curriculum Director and Middle School Instructional Coaches.
Shift Type: Full-Time 179 Days (Teacher Contract)
Salary Range: Certified (Requires an Oklahoma Certificate)
