職務概述

Coupang 的招募與規劃團隊透過尋找並聘用頂尖人才在公司高速成長中扮演關鍵角色

身為招募規劃與專案資深專員您將負責管理高影響力的策略專案組合並作為組織的策略夥伴您將負責執行 L3 層級招募同時進行深入的多維度數據分析以優化招募引擎此外您也將負責L1 層級招募渠道規劃確保穩定且高品質的人才供應鏈同時傳遞 Coupang 的領導理念

主要職責What You Will Do

  • 管理並執行 L3 招募 主導 L3 專業職位的端到端招募流程確保人才品質符合公司成長與文化需求
  • 進行多維度人才分析 深入分析 L3 候選人包括招募渠道任職年資產業背景薪資結構及性別多元性提供數據導向的招募建議
  • 優化招募 Lead Time 監控並分析完整招募流程找出瓶頸並提升效率在不影響品質下縮短招募時間
  • 分析離職率與留任品質 追蹤早期流動率與到職後績效特別是 L1 與 L3找出根本原因並回饋至招募策略
  • L1 招募渠道策略規劃 分析大量招募渠道的成效與成本確保具備可擴展性並滿足旺季需求
  • 設計並主導招募專案 規劃策略專案範疇時程與資源如標準作業流程 SOP 建立與跨部門招募活動
  • 管理層報告 定期提供數據導向報告如 Lead Time離職率預測風險並提出改善建議

基本條件Basic Qualifications

  • 大學學歷具備 7 年以上招募營運人才招募或專案管理相關經驗
  • 進階數據分析能力 能分析複雜數據如招募 Lead Time留任離職率並驅動決策
  • 熟悉人才市場分析Market Mapping包含產業年資及薪資結構等面向
  • 具備創意思考與跨團隊合作解決問題能力
  • 具備目標導向與高度自我驅動能力能達成具挑戰性目標

加分條件Preferred Qualifications

  • 數據視覺化能力 熟悉 TableauSQL 或進階 Excel能分析 Lead Time 趨勢與離職率關聯
  • 對財務法務人資物流電商或科技等商業運作有基本理解

Role Overview

Coupangs recruiters and planning specialists play a critical role in driving our phenomenal growth by identifying and hiring top talent. As a Recruiting Planning & Project Senior Specialist you will manage a portfolio of high-impact strategic projects and act as a strategic partner to the organization. You will be responsible for executing L3-level recruitment while performing deep multi-dimensional data analysis to optimize the hiring engine. Additionally you will oversee L1-level channel planning to ensure a stable and high-quality talent supply chain while championing Coupangs leadership principles.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and Execute L3 Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for L3 professional roles ensuring high-quality hires that align with business growth and culture.
  • Conduct Multi-Dimensional Talent Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis on L3 candidates focusing on Sourcing Channels Tenure Industry Background Salary Structures and Gender Diversity to provide data-driven hiring recommendations.
  • Optimize Recruitment Lead Time: Monitor and analyze the full recruitment lifecycle to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that reduce the time-to-hire without compromising quality.
  • Analyze Turnover and Retention Quality: Track early turnover rates and post-hire performance (especially for L1 and L3) to identify root causes and feedback insights into the sourcing and selection strategy.
  • Strategic L1 Channel Planning: Analyze the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of mass-hiring channels for L1 roles ensuring scalability and readiness for seasonal surges.
  • Design and Lead Recruitment Projects: Develop project scopes timelines and resource plans for strategic initiatives such as process standardization (SOP) and cross-functional hiring campaigns.
  • Leadership Reporting: Provide regular data-intensive updates to leadership using metrics like Lead Time and Turnover to forecast risks and suggest mitigation strategies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree and 7 years of experience in recruitment operations talent acquisition or project management
  • Advanced Data Analytics Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex datasets including Lead Time (Time-to-Hire) and Retention/Turnover rates to drive business decisions
  • Expertise in Market Mapping and talent analysis across variables such as industry tenure and compensation benchmarks
  • Ability to solve problems through creative thinking and partnerships with other teams
  • Ability to attain challenging targets through goal-setting and personal drive

Preferred Qualifications

  • Data Visualization Proficiency: Experience using tools like Tableau SQL or Advanced Excel to model Lead Time trends and Turnover correlations
  • General understanding of business operations across key areas such as finance legal HR logistics e-commerce or tech
  • Experience in Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) analytics and gender-balanced hiring strategies
  • Experience working or hiring within a high-growth start-up or large-scale logistics/retail environment
