Your influential mission. You will be involved in...

• Triage of handheld tablets server-based work which would include fault diagnosis troubleshooting and set-up of replacement devices to be returned to our customers.
• Modular component repair of tablet/PC electronics hardware troubleshooting and repair.
•  Accurate and detailed logging of records using spreadsheets. 
• Repair and maintenance of various electrical components and hardware.
• Safe handling/lifting and movement of equipment throughout both our Production and Stores Department.

Qualifications :

• Have a basic level of understanding of both software and hardware with experience using word/excel advantageous.
• Are flexible in nature with a high level of motivation to learn and a strong work ethic.
• Have thorough attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve working to tight deadlines. 
• Are organised efficient and have the ability to work on your own discretion or as part of a team.

Youll get extra points for...

• Having IT/Electronic/Electrical related qualifications but this is not essential as full training will be given inhouse.
• A Full driving license.
