Qualifications :

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must pass required background checks
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania and West Virginia gaming license
  • Must be able to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
  • Strong communication skills and a positive professional attitude
  • Customer service call center retail reception or cashier experience preferred
  • Responsible dedicated and dependable

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged sitting at counter-height chairs and tables
  • Repeated use of both hands and arms
  • Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities

  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. when needed
  • Ability to work assigned shifts including evenings weekends and overnights
