[IT Delivery Center] Python Developer

IT Application Monitoring and Observability team is global Eurofins team that provides knowledge on operation of IT Systems and IT Infrastructure. Over 61K Eurofins employees rely on the services that we are providing to conduct their daily operations. From basic application availability monitoring through complex process analysis ending on advanced statical and ML/AI methods to proactively counteract any unexpected events that can negatively impact the business. Handling over 3TB of data daily our goals is to collect process and visualize data to provide knowledge in easy and understandable way to the end users.

You will be responsible for designing and developing new features for our Observability platform focused on large-scale data collection real-time processing monitoring and analytics. Your work will involve building scalable backend services optimizing data pipelines and improving system performance reliability and resilience across distributed environments.

You will collaborate closely with engineers DevOps and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions for metrics logs tracing and alerting systems. The role includes working with cloud-native technologies APIs databases and event-driven architectures as well as AI/ML features.

We are looking for developers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges working with high-throughput systems and building tools that help engineering teams better understand and operate modern infrastructure.

You will report directly to the Development Lead.

Qualifications :

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Mathematics Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum 2- 6 years of IT Professional Experience
• Primary Skills (mandatory)
  • Python development (is a must)
  • Containerization concepts with Docker
  • Experience with GIT and CI/CD pipelines
  • Power Shell Scripting
  • MS SQL Server

• Secondary Skills (nice to have)
  • Service creation with FastAPI
  • Familiarity with Grafana tool is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Elastic stack (Elasticsearch beats Logstash).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (Azure or AWS) would strengthen your candidacy
  • Familiarity with SonarQube
