Business Development Manager Middle Market-
Job Summary
You will work achieving revenue targets through the retention and growth of existing customers (typically tier 3 and new markets). You will be field-based.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve a total revenue target and a new business target
- Identify main contacts within existing accounts; cross selling and upselling accordingly
- Develop account plan to support revenue goals
- Build and implement a contact strategy
- Understand Experians proposition and establish communication and engagement with our client/s requirements.
- Knowledge of the market we operate in and our competitors
- Forecast on a monthly basis and manage client debt
- Ensure all Indicators surrounding client contact retention and growth are met.
- Ensure that good client / consumer outcomes are at the centre of all operational activity.
- Deliver great clients and consumers service and try to exceed client / consumer expectations.
- Pro-actively identify risks and make recommendation to mitigate these.
- Understand and adhere to specific regulatory obligations and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- 10 years of experience in Sales
- A strong sense of drive and determination coupled with the ability to selfmotivate
- Inherent talent with building longterm effective business partnerships
- Fluency in data analytics and business process management
- Highly commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
- Exceptional with interpersonal connections and networking.
- Spanish/English C1
