Key Responsibilities
- Lead Prospecting Identify and deliver high-quality policy-compliant leads for New Business Sales teams.
- Company Evaluation Assess business potential using guidelines and online tools.
- Eligibility Checks Verify prospect suitability through internal systems.
- Market Monitoring Track industry trends to ensure timely and relevant prospecting.
- Strategic Collaboration Partner with Sales to prioritize lead-sourcing areas based on seasonality and market needs.
- Target Achievement Meet quarterly lead delivery goals with consistent results.

Requirements
- Languages: C2 German and C1 English.
- Experience: 18 months in digital advertising or market research ideally focused on the German market.
