Resourcelink Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Resourcelink Product Owner to lead the delivery and ongoing development of a critical payroll solution within a large-scale transformation programme.

This role requires a subject matter expert in payroll implementation capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced delivery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the business technical expert for the Resourcelink payroll system and associated processes
• Lead end-to-end payroll implementation including integrations with Finance GL SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time & Attendance systems (e.g. Kronos/UKG)
• Own the solution design configuration testing and deployment ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Drive requirements gathering and design workshops promoting standardised payroll processes and identifying gaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver fully integrated future-proof solutions
• Manage delivery governance including risks issues and stakeholder reporting
• Provide expertise on UK payroll legislation and best practice

Qualifications :

• Proven experience delivering Resourcelink payroll implementations within fast-paced programme environments
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and system integrations
• Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors) and Time & Attendance systems
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical problem-solving and delivery management skills
• Experience working within structured project or programme frameworks
