Job Summary
The role
- Full Time Continuing
- Level D - $167348 pa to $184243 (plus allowances and 17% superannuation)
- Level E - $215225 pa (plus allowances and 17% superannuation)
- Bathurst (Other Charles Sturt campus locations negotiable)
As a Professor or Associate Professor in Nursing you will provide strategic leadership across teaching research and community engagement driving excellence in student-centred learning and advancing the Universitys research profile. You will design and deliver high quality teaching in a range of modes lead and grow research programs and teams supervise higher degree research candidates and foster strong partnerships with industry government and professional bodies. The role also plays a key part in curriculum innovation mentoring academic staff and contributing to governance and strategic initiatives that enhance the Schools impact and reputation.
About you
- A doctoral qualification appropriate to nursing or equivalent accreditation and standing
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the AHPRA
- Significant knowledge and understanding of the discipline gained through industry experience and/or scholarly activities or similar
- The ability to provide effective leadership and promote inclusive practices in the workplace
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships and networks within academic clinical and health-related environments
