Job Summary
1. 负责通过服务质量和精确的沟通使客户满意
2. 负责解决客户提出的和服务质量开票相关的投诉
3. 负责终端用户工地和维保员工的安全并对出现的问题及时做出反应
4. 负责根据服务合同时间限制通力质量标准和当地的法规要求落实服务
5. 负责帮助KC3协调维保员工在招修过程中的工作安排保证招修真实性并有效降低
6. 负责执行工地检查和保养站检查
7. 负责管理第三方检查和后续行动
8. 负责从安装到维护的适当交接并确保完成任何必要的纠正措施
9. 负责控制工地运营成本包括但不限于免费物料加班报销津贴等
10. 负责销售修理服务及收款
11. 负责配合服务销售完成相应的工作
12. 负责维保技工的工作分配编排及日常管理平衡维保员工的工作量
13. 负责确认维保技工的能力需求和维保员工雇用和选择流程
14. 负责维保员工的激励沟通和能力的培养监督维保员工绩效目标的完成
