Become a Key Player as a Cell Technician - 1st Shift

You will join the production team responsible for assembly and test functions that ensure components meet customer specifications. Your work directly affects product quality safety and on-time delivery while collaborating with supervision and cross-functional teammates. Onsite 1st Shift (6:00 AM 2:30 PM).

Heres How Youll Make an Impact on the Team

• Perform approved assembly techniques on mechanical components
• Read interpret and follow assembly drawings procedures and instructions
• Operate and verify calibration of required test equipment and conduct test audits
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tooling as directed
• Make adjustments to correct irregular or non-conforming assemblies
• Assist and instruct teammates as needed to meet production requirements
• Maintain organized clean and FOD-free work areas while observing safety rules

Heres What Youll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• High school diploma or GED
• US Person status
• Ability to read write and understand instructions procedures and drawings
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a team member
• Manual dexterity and willingness to learn

Heres What Else Might Help You Out

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience

Pay Range

$11.86 - $14.82/hour
